Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All mia ria pieces are handmade in London and produced in limited quantities or made to order.
For pre-order items, please allow 2–4 weeks for production and dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not accept returns on pre-order or custom-made pieces.
For any eligible items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be accepted, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and images of the issue.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to made to order nature of our garments, returns are not accepted for pre order pieces unless they are faulty. We recommend reviewing product details or contact us with any questions prior placing an order.
